AgroLink Brasil was founded through a strategic partnership between the Rodríguez-Villa family—one of Spain’s most respected entrepreneurial families—and Vinicius Lemes, a seasoned agribusiness executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in Brazil.
The Rodríguez-Villa family brings decades of international business expertise across biotechnology, agriculture, and sustainable innovation. Their ventures have created thousands of jobs worldwide and earned international recognition for excellence, sustainability, and technological advancement. Members of the family hold leadership positions in globally respected organizations and industry associations, contributing actively to the future of modern agriculture.
Vinicius Lemes, an agricultural engineer by training, adds deep local market knowledge and operational expertise in fertilizers, grain trading, and barter systems.
